KCCC: Kay -Forever 16-

I decided I really didn't like the last drawing I did of Kay and I miss my bby, so he's comin back for round two e7e It's been almost a full year since I last drew Kay (found here) and I have to say, I'm really proud of the progress I've made since then n7n

Personality: Kay acts very much like a dog, in fact, he believes he really is one and due to his stubbornness, he refuses to believe anything else. He's extremely energetic, even to the point where he starts trembling if he stays in place for too long. His constant energy makes it hard for him to focus at all, to the point where you could say he has a bad case of ADD or ADHD. He's very clumsy, but quick, so if he dropped anything he could possibly catch it before it fell. He's also very naive since he's been kept in the dark about anything really important in his life, so one could say he's the definition of blissfully ignorant. He has a very plucky, happy attitude and can't stand complainers, even if he complains sometimes. Hypocritical, and also very blunt, he's also very sincere and never means any harm in his words. That being said, he can be pretty tactless at times. He's also a die-hard romantic, meaning he often gets extremely excited watching romantic things. Kay can be really affectionate and bold, and loves pretty much everyone until they give him a reason not to. Unfortunately for him, he's promiscuous. He's too young to do the things he wants to do, so he tries his best to act older, or at least is blunt and obvious enough to show what he wants, but waiting to see how the other person responds makes him antsy and nervous. He acts like a spoiled child whenever he's shot down though, so don't plan on rejecting him without seeing him throw a temper tantrum.

- Being woken up (When Kay actually falls asleep is when he's completely worn himself out. If he wants to sleep for 14 hours, it's best to let him or he'll wake up very cranky)

Background Info: Kay was born a stray, and became motherless after a turning a few years old. He wondered the streets, learning to beg, which is where he got his name from. "Okay, here you go." Is what they'd often say, so Kay learned to come when he heard the word Okay. He wasn't a stray for too long though, taken in by a long-time dog lover, because what pet owner, cat or dog lover, could leave a stray out in the rain? He never knew he was a cat, and being surrounded by dogs had caused him to believe he was a dog as well. Kay later learned in life that his breed came from Japan, so he'd look up different things on the internet which is where he found yaoi and anime, which became a secret obsession of his. After years of just lounging about comfortably, his previous owner he'd come to love had passed away, leaving her small home to her pets, along with the mass debt she'd collected in her lifetime. Kay's "older brothers", a boxer, doberman, and rottweiler, had to get jobs, leaving Kay at home. He didn't realize their situation until he saw how tired his brothers would be when they got home. They were working so hard to let Kay live a comfortable life, but Kay stubbornly decided that he would try to help pay his family's debt as well, which is why he got the job at the cafe. His brothers often worry about Kay, so they check on him from time to time.
